Thomas Vanek Scored a Hat Trick Last Night
Thomas Vanek had his biggest game of the season last night, and couldn’t have picked a better time for it. The Sabres prevailed over the Bruins in a 7-4 barn burner on the back of a hat trick for the Sabres left wing. The three goals doubled Vanek’s total for the season, and he added in two assists for good measure.
